Please be advised that all Sale items and all Special Orders are nonrefundable.
Regular priced merchandise can be returned within 30 days of original shipment date for an exchange or refund to the credit card account charged, less any shipping and handling fees incurred by the seller or purchaser. All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging and in its original condition. Clothing must have tags intact and be able to be sold again. All returned merchandise must include a copy of our invoice or packing slip
We determine the condition of goods that are returned. If they are in an unsatisfactory condition, the return will not be accepted. For instance, if merchandise has been worn, washed, dry-cleaned, has excessive animal fur on it, has a strong odor good or bad, or exhibits any other signs of use, it cannot be returned). If that is the case, we will notify you immediately and tell you why we made that decision.
When making your return please use a shipping method with tracking and insurance as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 10 days to process your return. You will be refunded the full amount you paid for the items you purchased. We do not refund shipping costs.
Ocean Outfitters reserves the sole right to refuse the return of any item in which the purchaser has made previous multiple returns or if the product has been used. In addition, we will not accept orders from customers that have demonstrated a high incidence of returns after purchase.
Please note, for Hygienic reasons and in accordance with NC law, all Women’s Swimwear is a Final Sale and can not be returned. No Exceptions
We offer free standard shipping for most orders over $100.00. Large/bulky items and oversized items (Paddle Boards and Yeti Coolers) do not qualify for free shipping.
Defective Merchandise may be returned up to 60 days after purchase. However, items with a manufacturer’s warranty must go through the manufacturer in adherence to brand policies. We will be happy to assist you in dealing with manufacturer warranty issues.
